The 115th Annual Meeting of the Vermont Botanical and Bird Club will be held at Craftsbury Outdoor Center in Craftsbury, Vermont from Thursday, June 3 – Sunday, June 6, 2010.

This location in the near Northeast Kingdom affords the opportunity to visit a variety of habitats including Barr Hill Nature Preserve, cedar swamps along the Black River, Big Hosmer Lake and Nichols Ledge. At this early time of the year, we would expect to see some of the first orchids of the summer and a long list of breeding birds. The Club last visited Craftsbury Outdoor Center in 1998, and earlier in 1989 and in 1981.
